Why I Think UMPC

I believe for my day to day use I could replace my laptop with a UMPC (Ultra Mobile PC for people who didn't know). Generally UMPCs are just small computers with screens ranging from 5-9" running the Windows OS for full application compatibility.

I would love to be able to have a computer that will work WITH me. I should be able to move around my house, be able to work on documents for school, or do edits and such for websites I work on. A laptop is just to large and not particularly stylish to carry around. In high school when you see someone whip out a laptop it just shouts nerd lol... I believe a UMPC can help me achieve all of these aspects. Portability for my work and a place to dock when at home for full screen usage.

Though I would use it for work its gotta have the power to provide some entertainment for me. I wouldn't mind carrying around one of these devices so I can get some good video playback on a decent sized screen. I'd also love to be able to play some RTS and old school games on it as who doesn't like to play games? For mp3 playback I would stick with my phone and of course it would be my infamous internet device through which I would do all my browsing on. A device that could provide a great environment for which I can do all of the above in and at a decent price is something that I find compelling.
